The Company's liability relating to 1ManAgencyPlan offerings is strictly limited as described in the Limitation of Liability clause herein.

All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, brand names, logos, course materials, workshop content, video recordings, AI prompts, system architectures, the AI Freedom Framework, 1ManAgencyPlan materials, and any other proprietary materials available on the Website or delivered as Services are the exclusive intellectual property of SCALEUPGENIUSHUB LLP.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, or pandemics.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Legal Disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.
