3.1 Service Providers
Trusted providers who assist in operating the Website and delivering services, including payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo), website hosting and content delivery providers, the platform we use for our CRM, forms and appointment booking, email and messaging providers (including WhatsApp), video hosting and video conferencing platforms, and analytics and advertising tools (Meta, Google). These parties are bound to maintain confidentiality.
Where a provider handles personal data on our behalf, we remain responsible for it, and we engage that provider on terms that require it to protect the data and to use it only on our instructions. Payment gateways and advertising platforms also handle data under their own privacy policies (see sections 7 and 8).
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of the Company and its users.
3.3 Business Transfers
In a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, information may transfer to a successor entity, subject to continued privacy protections.
3.4 Partner Brands
If you engage with 1ManAgencyPlan or other partner brands under SCALEUPGENIUSHUB LLP, your information may be shared within the LLP's operational structure for service delivery.
3.5 Transfers Outside India
Some of our service providers store or process data on servers located outside India. We transfer personal data outside India only as permitted by Indian law, and never to a country or territory to which the Government of India has restricted such transfers.

However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. You use our Website at your own risk, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform every affected individual without delay and report the breach to the Data Protection Board of India, including a detailed report within 72 hours, as the DPDP Act requires once those provisions are in force.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill collection purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When the purpose has been served or you withdraw your consent, and we are not required by law to keep the data, it is securely erased.

7. Third-Party Payment Gateways
All payments are processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, and/or Instamojo. You are subject to their respective privacy policies. The Company does not store, access, or retain payment card or banking credentials. Payment disputes must be addressed directly with the respective gateway.
8. Meta Pixel and Google Analytics
With your consent, our Website uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to track user behavior and enable retargeting. Data collected is subject to Meta's and Google's respective privacy policies. You may opt out at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer, your browser settings, or their opt-out tools.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Website and Services are not directed to individuals under 18. Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days of receipt. If your grievance concerns your personal data and you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are in force.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are posted on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Changes that do not affect how we use your personal data take effect when posted. Where a change affects how we use personal data you have already given us, we will notify you and, where the law requires, ask for your consent again.
