PLEASE READ THIS REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS EXPLICITLY COVERED UNDER THE CONDITIONS DESCRIBED BELOW. BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.
1. General Policy — Services
All service fees paid to SCALEUPGENIUSHUB LLP are for work performed, intellectual effort delivered, systems built, and resources committed. Once a service engagement has commenced, the Company's time, expertise, and resources have already been deployed.
SERVICE FEES, CONSULTING FEES, RETAINER FEES, SETUP FEES, AND ANY FEES FOR WORK THAT HAS COMMENCED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.
This applies to but is not limited to:
- Meta Ads and Google Ads management retainers
- AI automation setup and consulting
- CRM setup and digital infrastructure services
- Business framework consulting and strategy sessions
- White-label and subscription-based service engagements
- Any other professional services rendered by the Company
2. Workshop and Live Event Refunds (Including 1ManAgencyPlan)
2.1 No Refund Once Attended or Access Granted
Once a participant has attended a workshop (in whole or in part), received access to workshop materials, recordings, templates, or any other digital deliverable, no refund will be issued under any circumstances whatsoever.
2.2 Sole Eligible Refund Condition
A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONLY IF: THE COMPANY CANCELS THE SCHEDULED WORKSHOP ENTIRELY AND DOES NOT OFFER A REPLACEMENT DATE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SCHEDULED DATE. IN ALL OTHER CASES, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
2.3 Situations Where No Refund Will Be Issued (Exhaustive List)
- Participant fails to attend the workshop after purchase for any reason
- Participant misses the event due to personal reasons, technical issues on their end, or internet problems
- Participant is dissatisfied with content, delivery, or expected outcomes
- Participant purchased the wrong workshop or program
- Participant's business did not achieve expected results after attending
- Workshop is rescheduled to a new date (rescheduling does not entitle a refund)
- Workshop format is changed (e.g., live to recorded, or platform change)
- Workshop was conducted as planned but participant chose not to attend or engage
- Participant claims the content did not match their expectations or marketing descriptions
- Any personal, professional, or financial reason not covered by Section 2.2
2.4 Refund Process (If Eligible Under Section 2.2 Only)

- Include purchase receipt, transaction ID, and description of the eligible reason
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of the originally scheduled event date
- Eligible refunds processed within 7 to 14 business days to original payment method
3. Digital Products and Downloadable Content
ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS — INCLUDING DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS, TEMPLATES, RECORDED COURSES, AI PROMPTS, FRAMEWORKS, OR ANY OTHER DIGITAL CONTENT — ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE ACCESS HAS BEEN GRANTED.
Due to the nature of digital products (delivered immediately and impossible to "return"), no refund will be issued after access is granted, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
4. SaaS and Subscription Services
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription means you retain access until the end of the paid period; no further charges will apply. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period.
5. Duplicate Charge or Technical Payment Error
If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a verified technical error on the payment gateway's part (Razorpay, Cashfree, or Instamojo), contact us within 48 hours with your transaction ID and gateway reference. We will investigate and coordinate with the payment gateway. The Company is not responsible for payment failures or delays caused by banking systems or payment gateways.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first following the refund process above constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to contest any chargeback and submit evidence including these Terms, purchase confirmation, and proof of service delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
7. GST on Refunds
All prices include applicable GST at 18%. In eligible refund cases, the full amount including GST will be refunded. The Company will handle applicable GST adjustments in compliance with applicable GST law.
